“Don’t let the name Kenko Dojo fool you.  For quite a while, I was intimidated thinking I could never commit to a dojo.  Now I never want to miss it.  Although she offers so much more, I take Ardys’ AcuYoga class every Sunday possible.

I have previously practiced yoga at home just by watching videos.  You know the type...only when I feel like it, I easily get distracted and stop mid-tape, discontinue for months at a time...;)

I have had a few chronic illnesses, gone to many medical specialists and naturopaths since 1999 with little true improvement and a lot of debt.  For over a year I have been extremely fortunate to study under Ardys’ completely dedicated mind, heart and wings for only an hour and a half a week.  Yet, I believe, I have a very good general understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Yoga, and Chi-gong.  I am incorporating them all into my life and for that I am truly grateful.”
