AcuYoga (based on Traditional Japanese Medicine/Chinese Medicine) is a set of gentle yoga postures that allow you to relax while accessing points of vital energy and opening energy pathways within the body, restoring health and vitality. No experience necessary. All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
