Get ready for deep relaxation! Experience the cumulative healing benefits of an AcuYoga class, the healing vibration of tuning forks placed on the body, and a gong sound bath! As Ardys Roemmelt of Kenko Dojo leads the class, Kara Hunt of Anahata Healing Arts will place tuning forks on specific areas of participants' bodies during restorative poses. During Savasana, bathe in the healing sound and vibration from the sound bath and the tuning forks simultaneously. You'll leave humming with healing vibrations!
